Pasta with cream of celery

Ingredients: (for 4 people)

  • 320 gr. of pasta
  • Leaves from one head of celery
  • 20gr. of pine nuts
  • 20 gr. of walnuts
  • 120gr. of extravirgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Method:

Wash and dry the celery leaves and then put them into a blender with the pine nuts, the walnuts, salt, pepper and 80 gr. of olive oil.
Blend all the ingredients and add the remaining oil a little at a time. Cook the oil in salted water until al dente, drain and then mix with the cream of celery.
